Service Description
Creating Space a place for calm , creativity and connection - The Fishermens Chapel , New Road , Leigh on Sea , Essex SS9 2EA Monday 20th July 2026 . 10am till 11.30 am This month we will be creating a beautiful fabric flowers Gift them to a friend or keep them to enjoy yourself All forms of creativity are great for mindfulness and well being . Fabric Flowers are a fun way to use up any fabric scraps or in memory of a passed love one if you have a piece of their treasured clothing Firstly we will have fun choosing the fabrics and cutting out lots of circles Then I will show you stitch the circles to make the petals. We will then assemble them into flowers , that you can make into brooches , sew on clothing / hats or make into your own little posie / bouquet All materials , refreshments and snack will be provided Please an apron if you have one £25 per person PLEASE NOTE : the images are samples and for inspiration only - each of your collages will be totally unique to you . Creating Space has been set up as a way to bring people together through creativity. A place where like minded people of any ability can come along and create together on a regular basis. opening conversations , creative inspiration and for some overcoming social anxiety and loneliness I hold these special workshop's once a month but even if you don't want to take part you are still very welcome to come along to creating space and bring with you anything you are already working on and pay just £6 - we provide the space and refreshments

Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Instalments Full payment or the first instalment (if applicable) is required to secure your booking. For instalment plans, payments must be completed as agreed. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled. Payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. 2. Session Validity & Expiry All sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of the first session unless an emergency arises, in which case alternative arrangements can be discussed with Jane directly. Unused sessions beyond the expiry period are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule a session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. In the event that Jane needs to cancel a session, an alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost. 4. Technical Requirements & Responsibilities All online sessions will be held via Zoom, and clients are responsible for setting up their own meetings unless stated otherwise. Clients are encouraged to record sessions where applicable for personal use and review. A stable internet connection is required; technical issues on the client’s side may not warrant a replacement session. 5. General Policies Bookings are non-transferable and intended only for the individual who made the purchase. Any additional materials (such as art supplies) required for sessions are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified. Participation in sessions is at your own risk. Jane is not liable for any physical, emotional, or technical issues that may arise. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
